Super easy to deal with and good communication through the automated emails generated so knew where the order was at. I was so impressed with the computer that I convinced mum to replace her aging computer with a reconditioned one from you as well!
Lynne

I took up a flash deal on an as new refurbished Intel i5 6th gen desktop with a RTX 2060 Super OC gaming graphics card. Service and deal itself was excellent. Very responsive, considerate and courteous email exchanges with Alex as deal was concluded. Generously offered additional discount and other benefits. Thoroughly recommended from someone who isn't pleased often, offer such recommendations or reviews such as this one.

After lengthy online searching for a replacement Desktop PC, I decided Thunderstore.nz had what was required. I selected and payed for the PC and waited to see the company's response. Delivery was quick and the refurbished goods were in immaculate spotless condition and were packed carefully with ample protection from damage. I was very pleased to find free computer wipes included in the package. The PC works perfectly like a new one. I give 5 stars to this company and recommend them to everyone because of their top quality service and attention to detail in every way. What a joy to be treated with excellence.

I have appreciated prompt responses by email on my after-sales questions on a technical fault. Also the detail and clarity of instructions of things to check on. I would be more than happy to buy from this store again.
John Marsh
Excellent functioning laptop & it's in great condition. The weight of the laptop is slightly heavy, but that was to be expected. Compared to other places Thunder Store was by far the best at affordable prices! I would highly recommend shopping here.
Sharon
Very happy with the whole price/delivery/service package from Thunder Store. Hassle free ordering online, quick dispatch with tracking and prompt response to a question I had after I had received my lap top. I would happily recommend and use again.
Trotty
Initially ordered and paid for an unsuitable laptop. After realising my mistake, Thunderstore was very understanding and helpful, and swapped the laptop for another, and packaged and couriered the new one without a hitch. Great service!
James
My first purchase but won't be my last. Ultra quick despatch, beautifully packaged to keep it safe, and the product is exactly as described. I have already recommended Thunder Store to a few friends.
